Growing up in the 90s, Batman: The Animated Series and The New Batman Adventures were the bread and butter for any Bat-fan, and in the years since, these series have come to be regarded by many as the definitive Batman experience. With stunning performances by Kevin Conroy as Batman and Mark Hamill as the Joker, as well as re-defining characters like Mr. Freeze and introducing new foes like Harley Quinn, Batman: The Animated Series and The New Batman Adventures had it all. So naturally, it came as an incredibly pleasant surprise at New York Toy Fair this year when we learned that Diamond Select Toys has a bunch of upcoming products (including busts, banks, statues, and bottle openers) based on Batman’s animated adventures! Let’s take a look at what’s in store for us Bat-fans:

First off, let’s take a look at DST’s statues. Featuring some of the femme fatales of Batman’s animated rogues’ gallery (and one friend among foes in Batgirl), the upcoming Batman additions to DST’s “Femme Fatales” line of 9-inch PVC statues will begin with Poison Ivy this August and continue with Harley Quinn in the Winter, as well as Catwoman (both regular and the Black & White variant) in 2016.

For all you Mad Love-rs out there, you’ll be happy to know that Harley and her “Puddin'” will be getting the DST bank treatment soon (with the Animated Series Joker being the subject of a bottle opener as well!)

Finally, beginning this fall and continuing through 2016 (and hopefully, beyond!) will be Diamond Select Toys’ brand new line of Batman: The Animated Series busts. Collecting iconic characters like the Phantasm, Two-Face, Harley Quinn (not pictured), Poison Ivy, Catwoman, and of course, the Caped Crusader himself (as well as a special Dark Knight Returns-inspired piece), this set will surely provide an excellent addition to any Batman collection.
