Great news, Gothamites! According to IGN, yesterday’s TCA (Television Critics Association) press tour found FOX announcing renewals for such shows as Empire, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and most importantly (to us at least) Gotham.

A breath of fresh air for Gotham fans who may have been worried about the show’s future, the announcement comes on the heels of the show’s mid-season return on January 5. The renewal also offers hope for what’s coming up on Gotham, as Fox Television Group Co-Chairman/CEO Dana Walden stated that the folks at FOX “love the show” and have seen through episode 14, noting that “it just keeps getting better.”
