NYCC 2014: New “Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham” Characters and DLC Announced!

Bzrj8iiIgAAL-8-In a star-studded panel that included such Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham powerhouses as Game Director Arthur Parsons and Assistant Game Director Stephen Sharples, Voice Actor (and Batman veteran) Troy Baker, Filmmaker Kevin Smith, and Arrow lead Stephen Amell, we were bound to get some excellent news this year at New York Comic-Con. But no amount of preparation could ready us for the news that was announced during the panel.

First of all, a slew of new characters were released, including Darkest Night Batman, Solar Suit Superman, Condiment King, Duck Dodgers as the Green Loontern, DC Comics Co-Publisher Jim Lee, and Conan O’Brien! But that wasn’t enough– on top of all the character reveals, one of the previously unidentified DLC packs from the Season Pass was revealed to be based on the popular television show Arrow! The pack will include exclusive characters from the show (Diggle, Felicity Smoak, Helena Bertinelli/Huntress, Slade Wilson, Roy Harper, Sarah Lance/Black Canary, and Malcolm Merlyn) as well as an extra Arrow level.

Check out the gallery below for images of the new characters, and be sure to check back here for more Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham in the next month!

Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham will be available on November 11th on Microsoft Windows, Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Playstation Vita, Nintendo 3DS, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, iOS, and OS X.
