Halloween’s just over a month away, and for Bat-fans like us, there’s no better way to celebrate the holiday than with our favorite superhero, whether it’s with costumes, decor, or candy. So, in the spirit of Halloween, we set out to make some Bat-tastic chocolates with Diamond Select’s Batman Classic TV Series Silicone Tray!

We started with the tray itself…

and some melting chocolate.

Naturally, we melted the chocolate… all it takes is a little microwaving– don’t worry!

(Ours took about a minute and a half to melt.)

Then, using the spoon we mixed the melted chocolate with, we filled up the silicone tray…

and popped it in the fridge!

About 1-2 hours later, we took the tray from the fridge, popped the chocolates out of the tray,

(quite effortlessly, by the way, as the silicone made it easy to push the chocolates out without them breaking!)

and voila!

For our second batch, I got a little more adventurous and layered some peanut butter in between two layers of chocolate in the tray– these (while taking a bit more work) were even more delicious!

The Batman Classic TV Series Silicone Tray was a perfect choice to make these one-of-a-kind chocolates and, while we’ve only tried making chocolates with it so far (could you blame us? They’re so good!), you can also use the tray to make ice cubes, gelatin molds, and more! Get your hands on one (for just $15) and try your hand at making your own Bat-snacks this season!
