Batman: Assault on Arkham, the next Batman-themed feature in the DCAU (that’s DC Animated Universe, in case you didn’t know) has now officially got a release date: August 12, 2014. The film will be available on Blu-ray Combo Pack, DVD, and Digital Download, and the Blu-ray version in particular will include a slew of bonus features, such as four featurettes, four extra cartoons, and a sneak peek at DC’s next animated film.

Batman: Assault on Arkham follows the Suicide Squad (which includes Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and more) as they break in to Arkham Asylum to retrieve files stolen by the Riddler. An already dicey heist gets even more complicated, however, when Batman and the Joker get thrown into the mix, creating a conflict that could have dire consequences not only for Arkham, but for all of Gotham.
