My favorite character EVER to team up with Batman is probably The Grey Ghost from Batman:TAS. I thought it was just cool that Batman actually teamed up with his childhood hero. Especially when the rest of the world sees him as the hero to look up to.

Favorite Batman graphic novel, easily, is The Dark Knight Returns.

I also enjoyed Blue Beetle teaming up with Batman in Batman: Brave and the Bold. He’s just a character DCU doesn’t touch on that often, but he’s a pretty damn powerful ally.

My 2nd favorite Batman graphic novel is The Killing Joke. There hasn’t been another since then that has tackled such an obscure back story for The Joker. Really showed the humanity and fall in that one. I do like the New 52 series though.
