As promised, you can check out the first trailer for Fox’s Gotham above. In it, we see a (thankfully) very Gordon-focused look at the titular city and its denizens, including a fresh look at the younger versions of the Penguin, the Riddler, Poison Ivy, Catwoman, and Batman himself, Bruce Wayne. There’s also a pretty nice nod to that infamous night at Crime Alley, as well as a few other Easter Eggs for Bat-fans to pick up. All in all, I’ve got some hope in the series, and this trailer shows that Gotham‘s got a shot at being a pretty solid take on the Batman lore. We’ll see in a few months, I guess, as the series is set to air on Fox this fall.
